The Kathy is a traditional shepherd's hut with its own little front porch behind a pair of opening porch gates. A full-width glazed front and half-glazed double doors flood the room with light, making it a lovely garden studio, reading room or glamping hut.

Clearance stock — limited units

These huts come from a supplier's end-of-line stock, so availability is limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.

What's in the kit

  • 19mm tongue-and-groove Scandinavian spruce cladding
  • 19mm floor and roof boards, grooved on the underside to resist curling
  • Laminated, curved roof trusses
  • Full double-glazed front windows (fixed), two fixed double-glazed side windows and one tilt-and-turn rear window
  • Double half-glazed door and double opening porch gates
  • Heavy-duty timber subframe and access steps
  • Quality door and window fittings, Torx screws

Good to know

  • Supplied as an untreated self-assembly kit — finish it with paint or stain of your choice.
  • Roof covering, wheel and axle set, insulation, internal lining and the base are not included.
  • Delivered kerbside on a pallet. Check local planning rules before you build.

Free delivery to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) on every order. Dispatched within 2 working days, then 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Larger buildings arrive kerbside on a pallet, sometimes in several numbered packages that may arrive on different days — wait until everything is there before assembly. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging — we arrange the return postage at no cost to you, and there is no restocking fee. Arrived damaged or missing parts? Email photos and your order number to contact@equipgarden.shop and we will send parts, replace the item or refund you. Every product we sell is the genuine branded product and carries the manufacturer's warranty (terms vary by product — see our warranty page).
