Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK only: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

How much is delivery?
It's free on every order to mainland UK. No minimums, no hidden fees at checkout.

How long until my order ships?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days after dispatch — so 5–7 working days in total. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Why did only part of my order arrive?
That's normal. Larger sheds and shepherd's huts ship in several numbered packages, and they don't always arrive on the same day. Wait until every numbered package has arrived before you start assembly.

Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships. If the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Buying more than one

Do you do trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing starts at 3 units, and we can split delivery across sites. Send the spec to contact@equipgarden.shop — details on our Business & Bulk Orders page.

Assembly

Do I have to build it myself?
Yes, our sheds and shepherd's huts arrive as kits with step-by-step instructions. Two people are recommended. If you get stuck, contact us and we'll help.

Do I need special tools?
Usually just the basics — a screwdriver or drill. Each manual lists exactly what you'll need.

Shepherd's Huts

What is included with a shepherd's hut?
Each hut is supplied as an untreated timber self-assembly kit: wall, floor and roof boards, curved trusses, windows, doors, subframe, steps and fittings. Roof covering, the wheel and axle set, insulation, internal lining and the base are not included. Each product page lists exactly what's in the kit.

Why are they so well priced?
They are end-of-line clearance stock that we bought from a supplier, so numbers are limited. When a model sells out, it will not be restocked at this price.

Do I need planning permission?
It depends on the size, height, position and use of the hut. Check with your local council before you order, especially for glamping or residential use.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unassembled item in its original packaging. Once a building has been assembled we generally can't take it back. Opening the boxes to inspect and count parts is fine. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Do I have to pay to send it back?
No. Returns are free. Email us to start your return and we send you the return instructions and arrange the return postage at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee.

My order arrived damaged or with missing parts — what now?
Don't ship anything back. Email us photos and your order number, and we'll send the missing parts, replace the item or refund you.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method. You'll typically see it within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Are the products under warranty?
Yes. Everything we sell is the genuine branded product and carries the manufacturer's warranty. Terms vary by product — see our warranty page. We'll help you with any claim.

Products & Payment

Are these genuine products?
Yes. We resell genuine Keter, Patiowell and Tuindeco products — no imitations.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
