Return & Refund Policy

30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In its original packaging, with all boxes and parts
- In the same condition it arrived in
Opening the boxes to inspect the panels and count the parts is fine. Once a shed has been assembled, we generally cannot take it back.

Free returns
Returns are free. We arrange the return postage at no cost to you, and there is no restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty or missing parts
If your order arrives damaged, with missing parts or with a manufacturing defect, do not send anything back. Email us photos and your order number and we will send the missing parts, replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you. Every product we sell is genuine Patiowell or Keter and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

How refunds work
Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we refund your original payment method. You will normally see it within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

How to start a return
1. Email contact@equipgarden.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back using the free return we arrange for you. Once it arrives, we process your refund.
