Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK only: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Cost
Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Handling time
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You receive an order confirmation email straight away.

Delivery time
3 to 5 working days after dispatch — 5 to 7 working days in total.

Large sheds arrive in several boxes
Larger sheds ship in several numbered boxes, which may arrive a day or two apart. Please wait until every numbered box has arrived before you start assembly.

Tracking
We email your tracking number when your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for a few days, contact us and we will chase it.
