The Kathleen is a long gypsy-caravan style hut: a 6 m room with a 1.2 m covered front porch and 23.1 m² of floor area. Four opening double-glazed windows and half-glazed double doors keep it bright and airy — a great base for a glamping let, a guest annexe or a family garden room.

Clearance stock — limited units

These huts come from a supplier's end-of-line stock, so availability is limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.

  • 19mm floor and roof boards, grooved on the underside to resist curling
  • Laminated, curved roof trusses

  • All fittings, screws, components and instruction manual

Good to know

  • Supplied as an untreated self-assembly kit — finish it with paint or stain of your choice.
  • Roof covering, wheel and axle set, insulation, internal lining and the base are not included.
  • Delivered kerbside on a pallet. Check local planning rules before you build.

Larger buildings arrive kerbside on a pallet, sometimes in several numbered packages that may arrive on different days — wait until everything is there before assembly. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging — we arrange the return postage at no cost to you, and there is no restocking fee. Arrived damaged or missing parts? Email photos and your order number to contact@equipgarden.shop and we will send parts, replace the item or refund you. Every product we sell is the genuine branded product and carries the manufacturer's warranty (terms vary by product — see our warranty page).
