Free delivery to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) on every order. Dispatched within 2 working days, then 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Larger buildings arrive kerbside on a pallet, sometimes in several numbered packages that may arrive on different days — wait until everything is there before assembly. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging — we arrange the return postage at no cost to you, and there is no restocking fee. Arrived damaged or missing parts? Email photos and your order number to contact@equipgarden.shop and we will send parts, replace the item or refund you. Every product we sell is the genuine branded product and carries the manufacturer's warranty (terms vary by product — see our warranty page).

Checkout is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Pay with Visa, Mastercard or another major card through Stripe, or choose PayPal if you prefer. We never see or store your card details.
