Everything you buy from Equip Garden is the genuine branded product, so it carries the manufacturer's warranty — the same cover you'd get buying direct, with no grey-market surprises.

• Patiowell: at least a 5-year warranty on sheds.
• Keter: covered by Keter's own warranty, which varies from product to product.
• Shepherd's huts: covered by the manufacturer's timber warranty. Terms vary by model — ask us for the exact terms on your hut before you order.

In plain terms: if something is faulty because of how it was made and you've been using it normally, you're covered.

If you think something's not right with your item, email us at contact@equipgarden.shop with your order number and a couple of photos of the problem. We'll take it from there and walk you through the warranty process, so you're never left dealing with the manufacturer on your own.
